Former Midway Employee to Be Inducted in the Veterans Hall of Fame

Midway Chevy is proud to announce that one of our former employees, U.S. Navy veteran Donald M. DeMarte, will be inducted into the Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame on Friday, Oct. 24. A momentous occasion for DeMarte, the event will take place at the Phoenix Marriott Tempe at The Buttes, beginning at 11:30 a.m. We invite you to celebrate this special moment honoring our veterans and what they sacrificed for our country. Chevy Sonic Makes KBB.com's '10 Best Back-to-School Cars' List

The highly popular Chevy Sonic has earned a spot on Kelley Blue Book's annual "10 Best Back-to-School Cars of 2014" list for the third year in a row due to its features, practicality and overall affordability. Out of all 10 cars included in the collection, the Sonic was the only American-made car to make the final cut, representing Chevy's excellent quality standards and craftsmanship. The only subcompact car currently made in the U.S., the Chevy Sonic is available now at Midway Chevy.

Could Chevy Be Adding a 'Bolt' Model to its Lineup?

Every once and a while an automaker takes the steps to trademark a name that may be used for products or models without giving details about its actual future. Sometimes the names turn out to be a large part of the brand's upcoming plans, but other times, they don't get used at all. With this in mind, it's hard to say what Chevy was thinking when they recently decided to trademark the names 'Chevrolet Bolt' and 'Bolt,' which are surprisingly similar to their 'Volt' trademark. Filed to be used as car names, they stir up a lot of speculation as to what Chevy's future plans entail, but as of now, they remain a mystery.
