Fans of the Chevy Volt can expect to see a lot of positive changes to the vehicle when the 2016 model arrives at Midway Chevy later this year. Since the debut of the 2015 Volt, enthusiasts have asked for an increase in driving range, and Chevy has officially answered that question by outfitting the 2016 Volt with a brand-new Voltec extended-range electric propulsion system. With the ability to produce an EPA-estimated 53-miles of EV range, the new system is able to greatly expand the electric car's capabilities.
